Pay Securely

Pay via Mobile Money or your E-Nyasa wallet. Your funds are held in escrow — the seller only gets paid after you confirm delivery.

Receive & Confirm

Pick up your order at the nearest branch, or opt for doorstep delivery. Once you're happy, confirm receipt and the seller gets paid.

List Your Products

Create listings with photos, pricing, and descriptions in minutes. Your products become visible to buyers across the country.

Ship via Branch

When you get an order, drop your parcel at the nearest E-Nyasa branch. We handle scanning, batching, and routing to the destination.

Get Paid

Escrow releases your funds (minus 5% platform fee) as soon as the buyer confirms delivery. Withdraw to Mobile Money or bank.

Walk-in Service

Don't have the app? No problem. Visit any E-Nyasa branch and our staff will help you send parcels directly. Pay at the counter with cash or mobile money — no account needed.

Escrow Protection

Every marketplace transaction is protected by escrow. When a buyer pays, the funds are held securely by E-Nyasa. The seller only receives payment after the buyer confirms delivery. If there's a dispute, our team steps in to resolve it fairly.

  • Platform fee: 5% of order subtotal
  • Auto-release on buyer confirmation
  • Transactions over MWK 100,000 require admin approval
